FAQS and SHIPPING POLICY

TRACKING MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an tracking number via email. The package will be shipped with USPS and the tracking number will provide you with the most up to date information. If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered and you haven't received it or if your package still says in transit, you must take that up with USPS. ATASTEOFICEE KOLLECTION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, DELAYED, DAMAGED OR STOLEN PACKAGES. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP ?

Once your order is placed allow 2-3 business days for order to be processed. After your order has been processed it will be shipped. Standard shipping is 3-5 business days. If your order is placed on Saturday or Sunday it will be processed on the following Monday. 

MY TRACKING LABEL IS STUCK IN PRE-SHIPMENT?

Right after your order is placed , your tracking shipping is printed and emailed to your email, this DOES NOT mean your order has shipped that day.. That means your order has began processing ; ( processing starts the next business day ); Once your order has been processed it will now head to the post office which can take 1-3 business days for them to update and scan ,

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

NO, due to the nature of each product there are no returns; if there is any type of issue with your order please email us pictures asap! ALL SALES FINAL

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order please send us a email at info@atasteoficeekollection.com and within 24 hrs of placing order. Please understand that once your order has been entered into the shipping stage, it can not be cancelled.
